Return and Refund Policy

At Softavio, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If your order does not meet expectations, our team is here to help make the return process simple and transparent.


1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Softavio offers a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
• All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required


2. How To Start a Return

To request a return, please contact:

If your return request is approved:

• A return shipping label will be provided
• You will receive detailed instructions explaining how and where to return the item

Important:
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your item arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care or hygiene-related items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Original shipping fees paid during checkout

We also do not accept returns for:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting your request.


5. Exchanges

Softavio does not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product:

• Submit and complete a return request (once approved)
• Place a new order separately

This helps ensure faster processing and shipment.


6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Include original packaging and tags
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

• Banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time
• If 15 business days have passed since approval and your refund has not been received, please contact us at:

8. Refused Shipments & Dispute Resolution

If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please contact us immediately at:

Please do not initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us. Chargebacks may significantly delay resolution. Softavio is committed to resolving legitimate concerns quickly and fairly.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

• Recheck your bank account
• Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
• Contact your bank for additional clarification

10. Return Address

A return label provided by Softavio must be included before sending any items back.
